Account Manager (Technical)

    
This position requires someone with a very strong technical background to be client interfacing. The position requires a combination of technical and interpersonal skills which will enable clients to meet their online marketing objectives. Relevant tertiary education Proven aptidue in HTML Basic programming experience Familiarity with Shell Scripting and SQL Query skills Responsibilities include : Providing technical account management and support to assigned clients Facilitate information sharing about Ad Server technology Identify, reproduce and resolve technical issues related to Ad Server technology Document and track technical issues and processes Generate custom client-requested reporting using SQL queries and Shell Scripting

Type : Permanent  
Location : Cape Town (Western Cape, See Counties for South Africa Provinces, South Africa)  
Salary : Depending on experience, up to R16K CTC per month
